What it means to enter my office and the services I provide.

My practice is a space for rest, insight, and rejuvenation.

I am driven by a felt understanding of how impacted we all are by pain, trauma, abuse, and neurodiversity in a world where these things most need understanding, acceptance, and radical compassion.

I believe we heal and emerge into our wisdom in different ways.

We do it cognitively, employing psychodynamic, CBT, and post-modern therapies into a sharp amalgam that challenges us while also opening our capacity for clarity, mindfulness, and personal agency.

We do this relationally, understanding our role among family and friends and how it was defined by our upbringings and responsibilities, all while unlocking our family's role in building safe future relationships.

We do this in our bodies, in deep and sensory ways. We all experience growth in physical, emotional ways where energy is opened, we feel truly rested, and our senses are finally unlocked into power.

We do this together, employing empathy to construct personal and community environments that are caring, freeing, bold, and compassionate enough that we’re understood profoundly, protected, and held in warm regard.

We do this historically, staring bravely into the gamut of violent oppressions that have lasted across tremendous ages, knowing in a deep way that allowing capitalist oppression means allowing cruelty and unfair limitations into a world where we all most need care and growth.

We do this ecologically, seeing widely that how we treat our environment is a direct reflection for how we treat ourselves whether it is the care you put into your home or the care you put toward the planet.

And we do this in our spirits. We may never know the reason we were born into these bodies, in this time, and in these ways. We can allow the phenomenon of life to energize us into expanding our lives though, living more deeply in the moment. And together we can fulfill the fundamental human need to understand our purpose and the meaning behind existence for each of us.

I do not believe there is a limit to how much compassion you can give yourself. I do not believe there is a limit to how much of you is accepted and loveable in the world. I believe that every part of you, every corner of your being, is worth caring about without exceptions or conditions.

This life should feel worthwhile. Living free means thriving in happiness, hope, and honesty. In my practice, together, we can heal, rest, and finally release into liberation.

I know that you are a good person. It’s true.
